What were you playing with? sorry but no the what the abbreviations stand for, is that the same pic as the one before but just played with?

In photoshop CS2 there's a new 'merge to HDR' (HDR = high dynamic range) tool. Basically it takes a bunch of images of the same scene but with different exposures and combines them to make one 32bit image with extended dynamic range. You can then map that range (via curves/adjustments etc.) to a range that's visible on a monitor or in print.

It's useful for images like sunsets where the foreground is going to be dark relative to the sky & sun.
